Eswary’s Pickles Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable. If we’ve shipped the incorrect item, we’ll issue a refund, or send replacements, depending on the situation.

We do not give refunds for not liking the product. We cover defects in the product or within a shipment, but we don’t offer a blanket money-back or satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to pay for the order. Allow 14-21 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.

CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.  Please provide photos of the damage when you contact us. As the shipper, we will handle filing any claims necessary with the carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Trustco Foods.  Undeliverable packages are treated similarly to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense.
